What We Do

What We Do

At Liberty Poppers, we are committed to developing Popping dancers, preserving Hip-Hop culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for artistic growth, personal development, and community connection. Our work is built around six key areas that enable dancers to learn, create, perform, connect, and grow.

Popping Dance Training & Development

We provide structured training programs that help dancers build strong foundations in Popping, from beginner to advanced levels. Our training focuses on techniques such as hits, waves, animation, tutting, boogaloo, musicality, freestyle, and personal style.

Culture & Heritage Preservation

We promote knowledge and respect for the roots, history, pioneers, music, and cultural values of Popping and Hip-Hop. We believe dancers should understand not only how to dance, but also where the culture comes from and why it matters.

Workshops & Masterclasses

We organize workshops, masterclasses, camps, and intensive training sessions led by experienced dancers and instructors. These platforms expose dancers to different styles, techniques, perspectives, and professional experiences

Battles, Competitions & Performances

We create opportunities for dancers to showcase their skills through Popping battles, competitions, exhibitions, showcases, and performances. These platforms build confidence, encourage healthy competition, and provide dancers with opportunities to gain valuable stage and battle experience.

Youth & Community Empowerment

We use Popping as a tool for youth development, confidence building, discipline, creativity, teamwork, and positive social engagement. Through community programs, we create safe and inclusive spaces where young people can discover their talents and develop their potential.

Talent Development & Professional Opportunities

We support emerging Popping artists by connecting them to mentorship, networking, cultural exchanges, events, collaborations, and performance opportunities. Our goal is to help dancers transform their passion into sustainable artistic and professional pathways.
